As you can see that most of our products are made to order. We require personalized logos, texts, size, color and other specific instructions for every order. Therefore, ordering through or by shopping cart is quite impossible. We need to correspond via e-mails, faxes or telephone on products that you require and upon confirmation of pricing and delivery schedule.

To place an order

1.   Select the model code and quantity require and email us at sales@uniframe.com.my

2.   We will reply with full details on costing, shipping and lead time

3.   Upon your acceptance you need to sent us your artwork

4.   We will reply with all necessary artwork readjustment and layout. This will usually take a couples of times until you are satisfied without extra cost

5.  You will then need to make a 50% or full down payment

6.  We will then proceed with production

7.   When all is ready for shipment or collection, you need to make balance 50% payment

8.   We will ship out accordingly to your location or you can self collect
